《国务院关于大力推进职业教育改革发展的决定》指出:职业教育要体现“以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,以能力为本位”的指导思想。这也是职业教育物理教学的指导思想。为此,必须通过各种教学方式,来培养学生的自主学习能力,以提高其科学素养。笔者通过教学实践体会到:要让学生积极参与教学的全过程,使其勤于思考,勇于实验,乐于探究,增强其创新意识与实践能力,应该从思考、实验、讨论三个方面进行引导。
The Decision of the State Council on Vigorously Promoting the Reform and Development of Vocational Education states that vocational education should embody the guiding ideology of “serving for the purpose, taking employment as the orientation, and competency as the foundation”. This is also the guiding ideology of vocational education and physics teaching. To this end, we must cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability through various teaching methods to improve their scientific literacy. The author realizes through teaching practice: It is necessary for students to actively participate in the whole process of teaching so that they diligently think and dare to experiment. They are willing to explore and enhance their innovative consciousness and practical ability, and should guide them from three aspects: thinking, experimenting and discussing.
