“黄河岸摆尾,滹沱河颔水”。绵延八百里的茫茫太行当年曾以博大胸怀养育了中国革命,但时至80年代初,山区人民仍没有摆脱贫困。人民和历史都不会忘记这片土地,共产党不会忘记这片土地。十几年来,以河北农大为主要技术依托单位的“送科技到太行”行动,帮助老区脱贫治山,走出了一条“太行山道路”。(一)1979年,河北省委作出了全面开发太行山的决定。面对艰巨的任务,河北农大党委主动请缨,王健副校长向省科委领导恳切地说:“再硬的骨头,我们也要啃!”
