本文依据传热理论,对生产过程作了合理的假定,较好地处理了边界条件、运动方向传热、计算区域、变形热、金属静压力、氧化夹层等因素对传热过程的影响。在此基础上建立了双辊倾斜式连续铸轧铝板带热过程数学模型。依据能量守恒,建立了传热过程的不规则差分网格的二维差分方程组。编制计算程序,借助电子计算机算出铸轧铝板带工艺中各区域的温度场,用实测到的现场数据证明所建立的有关数学模型是正确可信的,接着文章举例说明了所建立的数学模型在生产过程中的应用。
Based on the theory of heat transfer, the reasonable assumptions of the production process are made and the influences of the boundary conditions, heat transfer in the moving direction, calculated area, deformation heat, metal static pressure and oxide interlayer on the heat transfer process are well handled. On the basis of this, a mathematical model of the thermal history of two-roll inclined continuous casting aluminum strip was established. According to the conservation of energy, two-dimensional difference equations of the irregular differential grid in the heat transfer process are established. Compile the calculation program and calculate the temperature field in each area of the process of casting and rolling aluminum strip by means of electronic computer. It is proved that the mathematical model established is correct and credible according to the measured field data. Then the article illustrates that the mathematical model established in Application in the production process.
