压力水膜结晶器技术是一项高效连铸技术,它取代水环喷水的二冷强冷装置,具有比水环喷水冷却强度更大、冷却更均匀的特点。文中建立温度场与压力水膜结晶器传热的数学模型,并结合现场条件进行了求解,设计出一台现场实验用的压力水膜结晶器。实验结果表明,压力水膜结晶器使用效果较好,对140mm×140mm方坯,拉速由~2.2m/min,提高到3.0m/min,同时漏钢率大大降低。
Pressure water film crystallizer technology is a high efficiency continuous casting technology, which replaces the water ring water cooling two cold strong cooling device, has the cooling water intensity stronger than the water ring, the cooling more evenly the characteristic. In this paper, a mathematical model of heat transfer between temperature field and pressure water film crystallizer was established and solved with field conditions. A pressure water film crystallizer for field experiment was designed. The experimental results show that the pressure water film crystallizer has better effect, and the pulling speed of 140mm × 140mm billet can be increased from ~ 2.2m / min to 3.0m / min, and the steel leakage rate is greatly reduced.
