心流是一种身心高度投入一项活动时所伴随的积极情绪体验,当人们全身心投入到一项可控又富有挑战性的活动中时,会沉浸在一种忘我的状态中,当活动结束或活动中途,思维脱离开活动时会感到满足和享受,这种感觉不同于仅仅生理需求满足时的愉悦,更类似于马斯洛提出的“高峰体验”。它通常涉及费力、有风险且困难的活动,这些活动让他们燃起挑战的欲望,经历后又收获了能力的扩展,以及一些新奇和发现。心理学家米哈里·希斯赞特米哈伊(MihalyCsikszentmihalyi)经过研究总结出了心流体验的九个要素:每一步都有明确的目标、行动会马上得到反馈、存在着挑战与技能的平衡、行动与意识相融合、不会受到干扰、不会担心失败、自我意识消失、遗忘时间、活动本身具有了目的。我们从实践中发现,培训游戏化运营过程中,也可以抓住心流体验的要素来设计游戏化运营机制,营造学习氛围,帮助学员产生更多心流体验。同时,能激发学员心流的培训也能获得较高的培训满意度。乐学的秘密就是让学员在必须要做的事情中获得尽可能多的心流体验。
