莲花山钨矿是中型矿山。自1985年投产以来,一直按国家标准生产一级和二级黑白钨精矿。近年来,由于用户对钨精矿质量要求提高,按原工艺流程生产,产品质量不能满足用户需要。为此,我们做了提高黑钨精矿质量研究工作。试验采用黑钨精矿再磨浮选-重选流程降低黑钨精矿中硫、砷、磷、钙等杂质含量,取得了显著效果。硫、砷、磷、钙在黑钨精矿中的含量分别由3.47%、1.13%、0.054%和4.38%降至0.12%、0.084%、0.035%和0.23%。(一)试料性质试料取自磁选工段单盘磁选机中矿(即高杂质黑钨精矿),其中除白钨矿、黑钨矿外,还有磁黄铁矿、黄铁矿、毒砂及少量的独居石、磷钇矿、磷灰石等矿物。其含量分别为(%):WO_360.7、S3.47、As1.13、P0.054、
