内吸杀菌剂具有效力高、残效期长、选择性强等优点。近年来,这类杀菌剂如瑞毒霉和乙磷铝等对防治藻状菌病害起了很大作用。但由于连续使用单剂,作用点单一,很快出现了抗药性问题。据悉,乙磷铝在我国北方用了多年之后,防治效果已大为降低;我垦区推广乙磷铝防治橡胶树条溃疡病已有多年,而且长期单独施用,加上施药频率过大(一年30次左右),施用浓度增加,也有可能加速产生抗药性问题。国外一开始就不主张使用单剂,而推荐瑞毒霉与代森锰锌、灭菌丹、铜等的混剂。为延缓出现抗性,我们用进口的瑞毒霉锰锌与单剂作了对疫霉菌的毒性反应比较,现将测试结果分述如下。
