目的:研究变形链球菌特异性卵黄IgY抗体对变形链球菌体外黏附的抑制效应。方法:采用试管凝集实验测定卵黄IgY抗体活性。采用试管贴壁实验测定卵黄IgY抗体对变形链球菌黏附的抑制效应。结果:变形链球菌特异性卵黄IgY抗体最小凝集浓度为62.5μg/ml。当特异性卵黄IgY抗体浓度为67μg/ml和670μg/ml时,对变形链球菌在玻璃表面黏附的抑制率分别为30.03%和84.89%,与对照IgY抗体比较,有极显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:变形链球菌特异性卵黄IgY抗体对变形链球菌具有抗黏附作用。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of Streptococcus mutans IgY specific IgY on in vitro adhesion of Streptococcus mutans. Methods: Vial IgY antibody activity was determined by tube agglutination test. The inhibition effect of yolk IgY antibody on Streptococcus mutans adhesion was determined by tube adhesion assay. Results: The minimum agglutination concentration of Streptococcus mutans specific yolk IgY antibody was 62.5μg / ml. When the concentration of specific yolk IgY antibody was 67μg / ml and 670μg / ml, the inhibition rates of Streptococcus mutans on the glass surface were 30.03% and 84.89%, respectively, which were significantly different from the control IgY antibody (P < 0.001). Conclusion: Streptococcus mutans specific yolk IgY antibody has anti-adhesion to Streptococcus mutans.
