目的:了解奎文区人群感染布鲁氏菌病(布病)情况及流行趋势,为科学防控提供依据。方法:用血清学检测方法对牛羊等养殖人员以及畜类管理人员等进行检测,了解布病感染情况。结果:本次共调查检测215人,阳性5人,感染率2.3%,男性感染率高于女性。结论:奎文区布病发病率较低,为保护居民身体健康,仍需加强防控工作。
Objective: To understand the prevalence and prevalence of brucellosis (brucellosis) among population in Kuiwen district and provide basis for scientific prevention and control. Methods: Using serological test methods to test cattle and sheep breeding staff and livestock managers to understand the incidence of brucellosis. Results: A total of 215 persons were tested in this survey, with a positive rate of 5%. The infection rate was 2.3%. The male infection rate was higher than that of the female. Conclusion: The incidence of brucellosis in Kuiwen District is relatively low. To prevent the health of residents, the prevention and control work should be strengthened.
