有人说:中国零售业的问题在管理,而管理的问题在人才,而人才的问题在流失。怎么办? 20世纪90年代中期以来,我国零售业进入大变革时代,新开店铺数量与日俱增,商场经营管理人员明显不足,不少商场采取“挖墙角”的办法网络人才,造成我国有史以来商场中层经理大流动,跳槽成为时尚。总经理们深感头痛和疑惑:诸多中层经理大跳槽,究竟该怎么办呢?办法或许有多种,但是最核心的是做好加减法;留住该留的人,放走该走的人。
