提出了空气热交换器表面钎焊所用的新钎料、钎剂和钎焊工艺方法。通过4年的工业生产应用,证明所研究的钎料、钎剂及工艺方法能获得满意的钎焊结果,且每年能为用户节约几十吨锡、获得的净经济效益达200万元。
A new solder, flux and brazing process for the surface brazing of air heat exchanger are proposed. After 4 years of industrial application, it is proved that the brazing materials, fluxes and process methods studied can obtain satisfactory results of brazing, and can save users tens of tons of tin annually and achieve a net economic benefit of 2 million yuan.
