中央农村工作会议明确指出:“增加农民收入,不仅有赖于农业质量和效益的提高,还有赖于农业富余劳动力的大量转移。”本文对贵州农村剩余劳动力转移的现状进行了介绍,并总结分析了当前贵州省农村劳动力转移过程中存在的主要问题是农村社会保障职能不完善,并针对此问题提出了相应的建议。
The Central Rural Work Conference clearly pointed out: “Increasing the income of peasants depends not only on the improvement of the quality and efficiency of agriculture but also on the massive transfer of surplus agricultural labor force.” This article introduces the status quo of surplus rural labor force transfer in Guizhou and summarizes The main problems existing in the transfer of rural labors in Guizhou province are analyzed. The function of social security in rural areas is imperfect. Corresponding suggestions are put forward in response to this problem.
