以小麦条锈菌野生菌系(CYR29-1)及其7个毒性突变菌株测定小麦品种的抗锈性分化,发现水源11、抗引655和无芒中四群体对某些菌系有抗病性分化,一些抗源品种和后备品种也出现比例不同的抗感植株和不同低反应型的植株,证实这些品种群体对不同菌系具有抗病异质性。讨论了品种抗锈性分化的原因及在抗病品种丧失抗锈性中的作用,对改进小种鉴定、应用抗源等提出了建议
The rust resistance differentiation of wheat cultivars was determined by using the wheat stripe rust strain (CYR29-1) and its seven virulent mutant strains. It was found that the resistance of water sources 11, anti-Citation 655, Differentiation, some resistant varieties and reserve varieties also appeared different proportion of resistant plants and different low-response plants, confirming that these breeds have resistance to different bacterial strains. The reasons for the variety rust resistance differentiation and its role in loss of rust resistance of the resistant varieties were discussed, and some suggestions were put forward to improve the identification of races and the application of anti-rust
