利率是资金的时间价值,是资本这一特殊生产要素的价格。利率的高低对于宏观经济与微观经济都具有重要影响,利率的变化对金融参与者是一种风险。本文通过对金融市场利率的波动和因利率波动而带来的利率风险进行分析,使人们在我国市场经济快速发展的经济活动中能更好地预测、规避风险,减少损失,稳定和增加收益。
The interest rate is the time value of money and the price of capital, a particular factor of production. The level of interest rates has a major impact on both the macroeconomy and the microeconomy. The change in interest rates is a risk to financial participants. This paper analyzes the interest rate volatility in the financial market and the interest rate risk brought by the fluctuation of the interest rate so that people can better forecast, avoid the risk, reduce the loss, stabilize and increase the profit in the rapid economic activities of our country’s market economy.
