本文介绍的速释、缓释喘舒复合膜系喘舒(Clenbuterol)分别与聚乙烯醇及醋酸纤维素制成的膜复合而成。其中聚乙烯醇为基质的速释膜能在数分钟内释放1/3剂量的药物,2/3剂量的药物由缓释膜在10小时左右缓慢释放。膜中药物的释放符合一级动力学模式,药物的释放量可由药膜的厚度、药物的含量来控制。膜中药物稳定,含量均勾。动物试验表明喘舒膜吸收快、血药浓度维持时间长。临床验证证明喘舒膜起效迅速,药效持久,此外还具有携带方便,成本较低的特点,因此是一种良好的平喘药物新剂型。
