目的:评价手足口病(HFMD)患儿血清中心肌酶谱改变的临床意义。方法:收集77例手足口病患儿空腹血清进行天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)检测;同时选取58例健康儿童作为对照。结果:手足口病患儿组心肌酶谱异常率分别为:AST7.79%、LDH23.38%、CK 10.39%、CK-MB32.47%,手足口病患儿组AST、LDH、CK和CK-MB活性均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:手足口病病毒感染患儿常引起不同程度的心肌损伤,心肌酶谱检测可对手足口病患儿是否合并心肌损伤提供诊断依据。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical significance of serum myocardial enzymogram changes in children with hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD). Methods: Fasting serum of 77 HFMD patients were collected for the determination of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK) and creatine kinase (CK-MB) Detection; At the same time select 58 healthy children as a control. Results: The abnormal rates of myocardial enzymes in children with HFMD were as follows: AST7.79%, LDH23.38%, CK10.09%, CK-MB32.47%, AST, LDH, CK and CK -MB activity were significantly higher than the normal control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Children with HFMV infection often cause different degrees of myocardial damage, and myocardial enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay can provide a diagnostic basis for whether or not HFMD is associated with myocardial injury.
