碱液在蒸发浓缩过程中,其泡点符合杜林法则(泡点随碱液浓度升高而升高),由此可能导致“碱脆”及蒸发停止等危害。本文构建了使用R22工质的分级低温蒸发浓缩碱液的热泵循环系统,可有效避免上述危害,保证了蒸发过程的连续性,同时环保节能;借助Aspen Plus中的换热器(Heat X)和闪蒸(Flash2)的组合模块对整个系统进行了理论计算和模拟分析,得出了压缩机耗功和热泵系统的性能系数(Coefficient of Performance,COP),然后将其与热力学工艺计算结果作比较,分析了模拟误差产生的来源,提出了可行的修正措施,证明了本系统的可行性,同时为后续的系统优化分析研究提供了可借鉴的方法。
