本文根据木质活性炭行业现状,分析了行业典型生产工艺以及清洁生产指标体系的构建要素,确定了木质活性炭行业清洁生产指标限值的确定原则,并从生产工艺与装备、资源能源利用、产品、污染物产生、废物回收利用、环境管理要求等6个方面确定清洁生产指标限值。所确定的该行业清洁生产指标限值,如:工艺路线、炭活化尾气处理装置的可以推动落后工艺淘汰、降低污染物产生量;磷酸消耗、水耗指标、磷酸回用率可以推动企业实现节能减排;单位产品酸雾、单位产品废水产生量可以降低污染物产生和排放强度。因此,本文对清洁生产指标限值的确定及企业的清洁生产审核均有着一定的指导意义。
