人力资源管理方案设计是否科学合理,在企业发展中发挥着至关重要的作用。随着出版社的转企改制,如何建立和完善适应市场竞争的人力资源管理,是出版企业面临的重要问题。本文基于华语教学出版社和新世界出版社人力资源管理方案设计的实践,对出版企业岗位规划、人员选聘、薪酬设计和绩效管理等方面面临的问题进行了深入分析,并提出了切合实际、可操作性很强的解决方案。
Human resource management program design is scientific and reasonable, in the development of enterprises play a crucial role.
