采用Fe_(78)Si_9B_(13)合金带材,绕制成环型磁芯,将磁芯经450℃×100min部分晶化退火处理后用环氧树脂封装,再研究环氧树脂封装对其软磁性能的影响。结果表明,封装后非晶磁芯的起始磁导率μ、饱和磁感应强度Bs、电感Ls和感应电动势E减小;矫顽力Hc和磁滞损耗Pu增大;品质因数Q基本不变。环氧树脂封装前后,随频率的升高,非晶磁芯的电感Ls基本不变,而品质因数Q增大;感应电动势E随励磁电流I的增加而增大。非晶磁芯的磁化曲线、磁滞回线和损耗曲线的形状与封装前相似。
The Fe_ (78) Si_9B_ (13) alloy strip was used to form a toroidal core. The core was partially crystallized and annealed at 450 ℃ for 100min, and then encapsulated with epoxy resin. The shape of the magnetization curve, hysteresis loop and loss curve of the amorphous core are similar to those before the package.
