关于菊科帚菊属(Pertya属)的成分,已报道的有C_(33)三萜o-甲基帚菊醇(o-Methyl pertyl)(Ⅰ)。作者从粗壮帚菊[Pertya robusta(Maxim)Beauv.]的地下部分分离得到另一种新的四环三萜及几种五环三萜成分。用甲醇反复提取粗壮帚菊的地下部分,合并提取液,浓缩,分别用已烷,乙酸乙酯,正丁醇和水提取。已烷溶出部分通过硅胶柱层析,分得5个流分:①己烷;②己烧-苯(7:3);③己烧-苯(1:1);④苯和⑤苯-乙酸乙酯(9:1)流分。
With respect to the composition of the genus Pertya, the C_ (33) t-terpene o-Methyl pertyl (I) has been reported. The authors isolated another new tetracyclic triterpenoid and several pentacyclic triterpene components from the subsurface of Pertya robusta (Maxim) Beauv. Extract the underground parts of the stout broomweed repeatedly with methanol, combine the extracts, concentrate and extract with hexane, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water respectively. The eluted portion of the hexane was separated by silica gel column chromatography to obtain five fractions: ① hexane; ② burned-benzene (7: 3); ③ burned-benzene (1: 1); ④ benzene and ⑤ benzene-acetic acid Ethyl ester (9: 1) fractions.
