农村的参与式健康教育

目的探讨在农村开展参与式健康教育的做法和体会。方法在重庆市巴南区接龙镇桂馨村选取健康教育志愿者并进行培训,以团组的形式,利用头脑风暴法、画图法、拼图法等方法对村民开展参与式健康教育。结果通过为期一年的参与式健康教育,村民的卫生知识知晓率从开展前的38%提高到85%,卫生行为形成率从33%提高到75%。结论在农村开展参与式健康教育是有效和可行的。该方法可在农村推广应用。 Objective To explore the methods and experiences of participatory health education in rural areas. Methods The volunteers of health education were selected and trained in Guixin Village, Solong Town, Banan District, Chongqing. Participant health education was carried out in the form of a group using brainstorming method, drawing method and puzzle method. Results Through the one-year participatory health education, the awareness rate of villagers’ health knowledge increased from 38% before the implementation to 85% and the health behavior formation rate increased from 33% to 75%. Conclusions Participatory health education in rural areas is effective and feasible. The method can be popularized and applied in rural areas.
