本文对１９９０～１９９７年基层转送我院的１０３例婚前医学检查会诊病例进行分析。目的：发现影响婚育和健康的主要因素，探讨其干预措施。结果：性病、遗传病性疾病、生殖器疾病分别占总会诊病例的２８．１６％、２８．１６％、１６．５０％，内科疾病及其它疾病占２７．１８％；性传播性疾病呈逐年上升的趋势；遗传性疾病筛查的范围尚局限于外观所见的先天缺陷性疾患。
This article analyzes the 103 cases of premarital medical examination consultation sent from grass-roots level in our hospital from 1990 to 1997. OBJECTIVES: To identify the main factors affecting marriage and childbearing and health and to explore their interventions. Results: Sexually transmitted diseases, genetic diseases and genital diseases accounted for 28.16%, 28.16% and 16.50% respectively of the total number of consultation cases, while medical diseases and other diseases accounted for 27.18%. Sexually transmitted diseases increased year by year Of the trend; genetic disease screening is still limited to the scope of the appearance of the birth defects observed.
