病例摘要患者,男,24岁,因发热10天伴腹泻5天,于1970年9月26日入院。于上月中旬先感发热、头痛、稍咳嗽,继感发热持续不退、乏力、食欲不振、出汗。近5日来伴腹泻,日6～7次,呈水样稀便,无腹痛、呕吐及里急后重。曾到某医院治疗未愈。既往无急慢性传染病史。 Case Summary Male, 24 years old, admitted to hospital on September 26, 1970 due to a 10-day fever with diarrhea for 5 days. In the middle of last month, the first feeling of fever, headache, a little cough, following the continuous fever, fatigue, loss of appetite, sweating. Nearly 5 days with diarrhea, 6 to 7 times, was loose stools, no abdominal pain, vomiting and tenesmus. Did not heal to a hospital treatment. No previous history of acute and chronic infectious diseases.
