初中阶段发生的叛逆,是学生自以为具有了一定的独立能力后的正常反应。对此,班主任应给予及时有效的帮助和引导,以了解学生心结为前提,一方面从大环境入手,以班集体接纳、认可的方式,让学生淡化对立情绪;另一方面,也适度关注学生的状态,将爱心表达克制在其可以接受的范围之内,于其需要帮助的时候主动竭尽全力,以实现对叛逆心理的最终逆转。
The rebellion that took place during the junior high school stage is a normal reaction after the students think that they have certain independence. In this regard, the head teacher should give timely and effective help and guidance to understand the students’ minds as a prerequisite. On the one hand, they should start from the larger environment and adopt the collective acceptance and recognition of the class to allow students to weaken the opposition; on the other hand, they also pay due attention to it. The student’s state will express restraint of love in its acceptable range, and when it needs help, it will take the initiative to make every effort to achieve a final reversal of the rebellious mentality.
