目的:分析考察不同年龄组患者在肾移植(RT)术后0~3、3~6、6~12及12mo以上环孢素A(CsA)谷浓度的差异以及年龄与CsA谷浓度的相关性,为指导临床合理用药、提高治疗效果提供依据.方法:患者按年龄分为A组(<45a)B组(45~60a)C组(≥60a),采用荧光偏振免疫(FPIA)法,对327例次RT术后患者进行常规CsA谷浓度监测.并对监测结果进行统计学处理和归纳、分析.结果:C组患者在术后后期的谷浓度明显高于A、B组(P<0.01);而A、B两组患者中、后期之间浓度均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),C组术后各个时期间谷浓度无显著差异.结论:RT术后CsA谷浓度与年龄存在一定的相关性,可能与不同年龄患者的清除率不同及RT术后各项生理功能恢复程度不同有关.
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the difference of CsA trough concentrations in different age groups between 0 ~ 3, 3 ~ 6, 6 ~ 12 and 12 months after renal transplantation (RT) and the relationship between age and CsA trough concentration , To provide the basis for directing clinical rational use of drugs and improving the therapeutic effect.Methods: The patients were divided into group A (<45a), group C (45-60a), group C (≥60a) by age, and fluorescence polarization immunoassay 327 cases of postoperative RT were performed routine CsA trough concentration monitoring, and the monitoring results were statistically analyzed and summarized.Results: The trough concentrations of postoperative C group were significantly higher than those of A and B groups (P <0.01) ), While there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01), while there was no significant difference in valley concentration between the two groups after operation (P <0.05) .Conclusion: CsA trough concentration and age There is a certain correlation between the clearance rate of patients with different ages may be different and the degree of recovery of various physiological functions after RT related to different degrees.
