本研究以跨时间段的决策为切人点,考察评委理想印象和当前印象的匹配性检验在候选人筛选中的多阶段决策特征。证实当前印象和理想印象的匹配在评委和决策之间起着中介作用。面试的不同阶段对决策的拒绝阈限和一致性程度有显著的影响。实验室模拟面试法和多特征多方案决策追踪技术进一步考察框架效应对面试决策的影响,证明由于决策目标和认知特点的差异,决策框架的不同会影响面试决策。
In this study, the decision-making across time was cut off to examine the multi-stage decision-making characteristics of the match-making test between the ideal impression and the current impression. Confirming the match between the current impression and the ideal impression plays an intermediary role between the judges and the decision-making. The different stages of the interview have a significant impact on the rejection threshold and consistency of decision-making. Laboratory simulation interview and multi-feature multi-program decision-making tracking technology to further examine the impact of the framework effect on interview decision-making, to prove that due to differences in decision-making goals and cognitive characteristics, decision-making framework will affect the interview decision-making decisions.
