我厂压力机的传动轴瓦与连杆铜瓦相对于横梁和连杆的装配,在以前都是采用传统的挤压和锤击的方式进行。在我厂试制J31—250B型压力机过程中,因厂内现有油压机的工作台面较小,无法在油压机上进行对φ700外径的整体连杆瓦与连杆的挤压装配,直接影响了我厂生产的进度。为了保证我厂新产品试制的顺利进行,我们参考了国外的有关资料和国内兄弟厂的经验,进行了对铜瓦采用液氮冷缩装配的试验。经过对冷缩缸与冷缩工艺的数次改进,我们的试验获得了成功并及时投入了生产。投
