为了最大限度减小铁路隧道的爆破振动对上部高速公路的扰动,为最大限度减小隧道爆破施工的振速,以东吴家隧道下穿荣乌高速公路爆破控制为背景,根据爆破振速控制重难点和设计爆破振速控制要求,通过理论分析及施工经验,对掏槽型式、装药结构、爆破网络等爆破参数进行设计,提出了合理的爆破施工方案。经萨道夫斯基公式校核,结果表明:采用大直径中空孔掏槽,间隔装药结构,孔外延期等措施,能较好地满足爆破振速控制要求。

The results of the test of Sadovski’s formula show that the measures of controlling the blasting vibration speed can be well met by such measures as large-diameter hollow hole cutting, intermittent charging structure and hole extension.
