提起创新,人们往往会想到技术发明创造。其实,随着服务业的崛起,服务创新正成为创新的重点。通信产业属于服务业,在经历从垄断到竞争的转变过程中,以扩大网络规模为核心的外延扩张之路已越走越窄,取而代之的是以业务和服务创新为标志的核心竞争力的培育。近年来,我国的通信企业通过大规模的基础设施投资维持了高增长,但网络利用率低、运营效率不高、通信质量不佳、后劲不足等管理问题越来越成为进一步发展的障碍,而这些问题在很大程度上都与企业缺乏创新自觉性、主动性、创新效率低有关。在国内外急剧变化的市场环境中,我国通信企业处在“逆水行舟、不进则退”的境地,有效的创新活动将是他们拓宽生存空间的唯一途径。从本期开始,本刊将连续刊载“通信服务创新管理系列谈”,约请北京邮电大学梁雄健教授和他的博士研究生就通信服务创新这一话题展开探讨。
To bring innovation, people often think of technological inventions. In fact, with the rise of the service industry, service innovation is becoming the focus of innovation. The communications industry belongs to the service industry. In the transition from monopoly to competition, the expansion of the network based on expanding the network scale has become narrower and narrower, replacing it with the cultivation of core competitiveness marked by business and service innovation . In recent years, China’s telecommunications enterprises maintained high growth through large-scale infrastructure investment, but management problems such as low network utilization, low operational efficiency, poor communication quality and lack of stamina became more and more obstacles to further development. However, To a large extent, these problems are related to the lack of innovative consciousness, initiative and low efficiency of innovation in enterprises. In the rapidly changing market environment both at home and abroad, China’s telecommunications enterprises are in the position of “going against the will of the world and moving forward and backward”. Effective innovation activities will be the only way for them to broaden their living space. From the beginning of this issue, we will continue to publish the Series on Innovative Management of Communications Services. We invite Professor Liang Xiongjian from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and his doctoral students to discuss the innovation of communications services.
