吸光光度法是目前应用最广泛的测定方法之一。近年来高速液相色谱法,流动注射分析法以及随着摩尔吸光系数超过10~5的卟啉类、吡啶偶氮类等高灵敏度显色试剂的研制成功,利用率越来越高。但是,对于含较多共同成分的环境试样中的ppb级或以下的微量成分,用吸光光度法不能直接测定,通常需要进行分离浓缩。作者利用离子交换树脂对显色物质的吸附和浓缩作用,研究了一种可以直接测定环境样品中极微量成分的高灵敏度的离子交换树脂比色法。该法不需任何特殊设备,用普通的分光光度计就可以对环境样品中极微量成分进行快速测定。现将方法作一简要介绍。
Absorbance spectrophotometry is one of the most widely used assays. In recent years, high-speed liquid chromatography, flow injection analysis and with the molar absorption coefficient of more than 10 to 5 porphyrins, pyridine azo and other high-sensitivity chromogenic reagent developed successfully, the utilization rate is higher and higher. However, microparticles of ppb or less in environmental samples containing a large number of common components can not be directly measured by spectrophotometry and usually need to be separated and concentrated. Using ion-exchange resins for the adsorption and concentration of chromogenic materials, a highly sensitive ion exchange resin colorimetric method was developed for the direct determination of trace amounts of trace elements in environmental samples. The method does not require any special equipment, using an ordinary spectrophotometer can trace the composition of environmental samples for rapid determination. Now the method for a brief introduction.
