目的 :了解赤峰市 AFP监测系统运行状况及流行状态 ,及时发现输入病例。方法 :资料来源于 1993~ 2 0 0 1年医院直接向县级防疫站或县级防疫站主动搜索的 AFP病例。病毒分类采用 WHO病毒学分类标准。结果 :1993~ 2 0 0 1年赤峰市共报告 AFP病例 187例 ,9年 AFP病例报告发病率均达到 1/ 10万以上 ,AFP病例 4 8小时内调查率 ,合格粪便标本采集率 ,7天粪便标本送检率 ,75天随访表送达省站率均达到 80 %以上 ,呈逐年上升趋势。经自治区鉴定确定为临床确诊病例 5 6例 ,无从粪便中分离到脊灰病毒的脊灰病例。经统计学分析 0~ 4岁组 AFP报告发病率较高 ,春秋夏季节高发 ;无男女性别显著性差异。结论 :AFP监测系统运行敏感度、及时性均达到 WHO规定的标准。无监测薄弱或空白地区
Objective: To understand the operating status and prevalence of AFP monitoring system in Chifeng City, and to find input cases in time. Methods: Data from 1993 to 2001 directly to the county level epidemic prevention station or county epidemic prevention station active search AFP cases. Virus classification using WHO virological classification criteria. Results: A total of 187 cases of AFP were reported in Chifeng City from 1993 to 2001. Sixty-six clinically confirmed cases were identified by the autonomous region, and no poliovirus poliovirus cases were isolated from the stool samples. According to the statistical analysis, the incidence of AFP in 0 ~ 4 years old group was higher, and the incidence of AFP was higher in spring and summer than in summer. There was no significant difference between male and female. Conclusion: The sensitivity and timeliness of AFP monitoring system meet the WHO standards. No monitoring of weak or blank areas
