肾错构瘤为肾结缔组织的良性肿瘤,发病率低,缺乏特征性临床表现,术前和术中均难以确诊。近年来,由于B超、CT等检查,以及对本病经验的积累,术前确诊率逐渐增加。我院1985年6月～1987年12月收治4例,均经病理证实(5侧肾),报告如下。 Renal hamartoma is a benign tumor of renal connective tissue, the incidence is low, the lack of characteristic clinical manifestations, preoperative and intraoperative are difficult to diagnose.
