通过熔融共混法制备了聚丙烯/纳米二氧化硅(PP/nano-SiO2)复合材料,并研究了该复合材料的力学性能、热性能和动态流变性能。结果表明:当nano-SiO2用量不大于2%时,随着其用量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度均呈先升后降趋势,但都高于纯PP的拉伸强度和冲击强度;复合材料的分解温度高于纯PP;复合材料熔体呈现剪切变稀现象,具有假塑性流体的特征,且随着nano-SiO2用量的增加,复合材料的复数黏度、储能模量、损耗模量均逐渐提高,但在低频区和高频区的变化幅度不同。
Polypropylene / nano-silica (PP / nano-SiO2) composites were prepared by melt blending method. The mechanical properties, thermal properties and dynamic rheological properties of the composites were investigated. The results showed that the tensile strength and impact strength of the composites increased first and then decreased with the increasing of the dosage of nano-SiO2, but both were higher than the tensile strength and impact of the pure PP Strength, the decomposition temperature of the composites is higher than that of the pure PP, the melt of the composites shows shear thinning phenomenon, and has the characteristics of pseudoplastic fluid. With the increase of the amount of nano-SiO2, the complex viscosity, storage modulus , Loss modulus are gradually increased, but in the low-frequency and high-frequency areas of different amplitude.
