目的探讨体检中心的优质护理服务中的健康体检路径的临床价值。方法选取2013年01月至2016年03月体检中心接待欲进行健康体检的受检人员有220例,本院体检中心将随机选取的对照组110例、观察组110例作为研究对象,观察组在临床中应用优质护理服务,着重于健康体检的措施方法,对照组则在普通护理下进行常规体检,对比两组患者的护理质量与总体有效率。结果在进行优质护理服务之后观察组的满意度(108、98.18%)明显高于对照组(84、76.36%),两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理质量评分(95±1.3)高于对照组(84±2.2),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体检中心优质护理服务中健康体检路径的应用明显可以提高护理质量,也能够提高体检的效率节约医疗资源,有效激发护理人员的工作潜力和积极性,值得推广。 Objective To explore the clinical value of the path of healthy physical examination in quality nursing service in physical examination center.
