学校图书是教学资源的重要组成部分,图书藏书量的增多和图书借阅量的增大对图书管理工作人员提出了强烈的挑战。信息技术的应用对于解决这个问题提供了有利的帮助,同时图书管理工作人员计算机能力薄弱又很难驾驭信息化管理系统。本文首先分析了学校图书信息化管理的现状,然后从优化图书馆硬件设施、提高相关工作人员的信息技术水平和发挥学生擅长信息技术应用的特点三个方面提出了相应的管理策略。
School books are an important part of teaching resources. The increase of the amount of books and the increase of book lending poses a strong challenge to the library management staff. The application of information technology has provided favorable help to solve this problem. At the same time, the librarians have weak computer ability and hard to control the information management system. This paper first analyzes the present situation of school library information management, and then puts forward the corresponding management strategies from the aspects of optimizing the hardware facilities of library, improving the information technology level of relevant staff and giving full play to the characteristics of students’ good application of information technology.
