目的识别煤制合成氨项目存在的职业病危害因素,为制定职业病危害防护措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测等方法进行分析。结果该项目主要存在煤尘、矽尘、其他粉尘、CO、SO2、NOx、H2S、NH3、甲醇、盐酸、硫酸、高温和噪声等。除除灰巡检工、放灰值班员接触粉尘、空分控制工接触噪声超标外,其余检测结果均符合国家相关标准。结论该项目在职业卫生管理和个体防护到位、确保防护设施有效运行的前提下,在职业危害控制方面是可行的。
Objective To identify the occupational hazards that exist in the coal-to-ammonia project and provide a basis for the development of protective measures against occupational hazards. Methods Occupational health surveys, occupational hazards and other methods were used to analyze. Results The project mainly included coal dust, silica dust, other dust, CO, SO2, NOx, H2S, NH3, methanol, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, high temperature and noise. In addition to the ash inspection staff, dust on duty attendant exposure to dust, air separation control workers exposed to excessive noise, the remaining test results are in line with national standards. Conclusion This project is feasible in occupational hazards control under the premise of occupational health management and individual protection in order to ensure the effective operation of protective facilities.
