为总结交流丹江口库区及上游水土保持一期工程建设管理经验,研究部署二期工程实施工作,7月28日,水利部在河南省西峡县组织召开了丹江口库区及上游水土保持二期工程启动会议。水利部副部长刘宁、国务院南水北调办副主任于幼军出席会议并做重要讲话,河南省人民政府副省长刘满仓到会致辞,长江委水保局廖纯艳局长介绍了一期工程建设及二期工程规划有关情况。水利部水保司司长刘震主持会议,省水利厅厅长王树山代表河南省作交流发言。
In order to summarize the experience in the management of the first phase of Danjiangkou reservoir area and the upper reaches of soil and water conservation and to study and deploy the implementation of the second phase of the project, on July 28, MWR organized the Danjiangkou reservoir area and the upper reaches of soil and water conservation in Xixia County, Henan Province Project start meeting. Liu Ning, vice minister of Ministry of Water Resources, and Yu Youjun, deputy director of the South-North Water Diversion Office of the State Council attended the meeting and made an important speech. Liu Mancang, vice governor of Henan Province People’s Government, delivered a speech. Commissioner Liu Chunyan of Changjiang Water Resources Commission introduced the construction of the first phase Period of the planning of the situation. Liu Zhen, director of the Water Resources Protection Division of the Ministry of Water Resources, presided over the meeting. Wang Shushan, director of the Provincial Department of Water Resources, delivered a speech on behalf of Henan Province.
