FedEx(Federal Express Company) declared onOctober 24th that the company will add an indepen-dent China business division in Shanghai from Decem-ber 1st to keep expanding Asian business. The divi-sion will be subordinated to FedEx’s Asia-PacificBranch. Since 1984 when FedEx began its business inChina, it has provided services in 220 cities. The com-pany plans to expand business to more than 100 citiesin the next 5 years.
