目的:建立咖啡、奶茶、豆奶、牛奶等饮料中三聚氰胺的超高效液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱联用(UPLC-QTOFMS)方法。方法:样品经1%三氯乙酸溶液和乙腈处理,以ACQUITY UPLC BEH C8柱(2.1×100 mm,1.7μm)为分离柱,以10 mmol/L乙酸铵∶乙腈(1∶1)为流动相,采用QTOFMS技术检测。结果:1 min内可快速分离测定三聚氰胺,在0.4 mg/L~200 mg/L内线性关系良好,加标回收率为75.5%~117%,RSD为2.12%~9.77%。结论:该方法快速、准确,可用于饮料中三聚氰胺的快速测定。
Objective: To establish a UPLC-QTOFMS method for the determination of melamine in beverages such as coffee, milk tea, soymilk, milk and so on by high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry. Methods: The samples were treated with 1% trichloroacetic acid and acetonitrile. The separation was performed on a ACQUITY UPLC BEH C8 column (2.1 × 100 mm, 1.7 μm) with 10 mmol / L ammonium acetate: acetonitrile , Using QTOFMS technology testing. Results: The melamine was rapidly separated within 1 min. The linearity was good in the range of 0.4 mg / L to 200 mg / L. The spiked recoveries ranged from 75.5% to 117% with RSDs ranging from 2.12% to 9.77%. Conclusion: The method is rapid and accurate and can be used for the rapid determination of melamine in beverages.
