胜利石油管理局在“八五”期间承担了国家重点科技攻关课题《水平钻井技术研究》,其中埕东水平油田水平钻井技术是本项目研究的内容之一。在水平4井的钻进过程中,首次使用了配备有Sprry—Sun公司生产的DWD随钻测量仪器的导向钻井系统。根据该仪器提供的信息,顺利地完成了112.75m第一造斜段、61.23m第三造斜段和414.98m全部水平段的钻进,在提高水平井井身轨迹控制精度,提高钻进速度和效益方面上了一个新台阶。本文主要介绍了DWD随钻测量系统用于水平4井井眼轨迹控制的技术。
Shengli Petroleum Administration undertook the research project of “Horizontal Drilling Technology”, a key state key science and technology issue during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period, in which the horizontal drilling technology in Yingdong Horizontal Oilfield is one of the contents of this project. For horizontal well 4 drilling, a pilot drilling system equipped with a DWD MWD instrument from Sprry-Sun was used for the first time. According to the information provided by the instrument, the first slant section of 112.75m, the third slant section of 61.23m and the whole horizontal section of 414.98m were successfully completed, which improved the control accuracy of the horizontal well’s trajectory and increased the drilling speed And benefits to a new level. This paper mainly introduces the technology of DWD measurement while drilling system used in horizontal well 4 trajectory control.
