本文研究了5CrMnMo钢热锻模具强韧化处理对组织形态及性能的影响。试验表明:适当提高淬火加热温度,可获得以板条状马氏体为主的组织,并得到以韧性断裂为主的断裂特征。显著改善和提高了钢的断裂韧性K_(lc),使模具寿命大幅度提高。在500℃长时间回火的条件下,可获得最佳的综合机械性能。通过碳化物的球化和消除片状马氏体内的孪晶亚结构进一步改善钢的K_(lc),以提高断裂过程中塑性断裂的比例。
This article studied the 5CrMnMo steel hot forging toughening on the morphology and properties of the impact. The results show that the lath-oriented martensite structure can be obtained by appropriately raising the quenching temperature, and the fracture characterized mainly by ductile fracture is obtained. Significantly improve and improve the fracture toughness K_ (lc), so that die life increased significantly. Under the conditions of tempering at 500 ℃ for a long time, the best overall mechanical properties can be obtained. Through the carbide ball and the elimination of twin martensite twin sub-structure to further improve the K_ (lc) of steel to improve the fracture in the proportion of plastic fracture.
