[目的]研究苯系物对深圳市罗湖区珠宝加工业女工外周血细胞DNA的损伤作用。[方法]对珠宝加工业镶石清洗工位混苯浓度进行采样检测,应用单细胞凝胶电泳(SCGE)对46名镶石清洗工位接触混苯女工(接触组)和58名服装厂非接触混苯女工(对照组)外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤进行检测分析,统计细胞数及损伤细胞数,比较DNA损伤细胞率。[结果]18个镶石清洗工位检测到苯系物的时间加权平均浓度中,苯的浓度均高于国家卫生标准,而甲苯、二甲苯的浓度则在正常值范围内。检测46名接触混苯女工外周血的4600个细胞数中,DNA损伤细胞数319个,DNA损伤率为6.93%,对照组外周血检测到的5800个细胞数中,DNA损伤细胞数184个,DNA损伤率为3.17%。接触组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]混苯暴露可引起女工外周血细胞DNA的损伤,以苯对DNA的损伤作用更为明显。
[Objective] To study the effect of benzene series on DNA damage of peripheral blood of women workers in jewelry processing industry in Luohu District, Shenzhen. [Methods] Samples were collected and tested for the concentration of mixed benzene in the stone-setting cleaning station of the jewelery processing industry. 46 single-cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE) samples of 46 benzene- Exposure to mixed benzene workers (control group) DNA damage in peripheral blood lymphocytes were detected and analyzed, the number of cells and the number of injured cells were compared to compare DNA damage cell rate. [Result] Among the time-weighted average concentrations of benzene series detected by 18 setting-stone cleaning stations, the concentration of benzene was higher than the national health standard, while the concentrations of toluene and xylene were within the normal range. Among the 4600 cells that were exposed to mixed benzene, the number of DNA damage cells was 319 and the DNA damage rate was 6.93%. Among the 5800 cells detected in the control group, the number of DNA damage cells was 184, DNA damage rate was 3.17%. The difference between the exposure group and the control group was statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Exposure to mixed benzene can cause DNA damage in peripheral blood cells of women workers, and the effect of benzene on DNA damage is more obvious.
