为了对某大型汽轮发电机组的主油泵进行优化设计,本文对原设计的扭曲叶片泵进行全流道三维粘性数值模拟。采用全三维不可压缩Reynolds时均方程和RNG K-ε湍流模型,计算了从离心泵进口到蜗壳出口的整机流场,得到了扭曲叶片泵内部流动特性,在此基础上预测出泵的能量特性和汽蚀性能,并与试验结果进行比较,性能预测结果与试验结果基本一致,可以用于优化设计。
In order to optimize the design of the main oil pump of a large turbo-generator unit, this paper simulates full-channel three-dimensional viscous flow of the original designed twisted vane pump. Using the full three-dimensional incompressible Reynolds time-averaged equation and the RNG K-ε turbulence model, the whole flow field from the centrifugal pump inlet to the volute outlet was calculated and the internal flow characteristics of the twisted vane pump were obtained. Based on this, Energy characteristics and cavitation performance, and compared with the test results, performance prediction results and test results are basically the same, can be used to optimize the design.
