用前文报道的改良的检测大豆群体 Sp_1(β-淀粉酶基因)、Ti(胰蛋白酶抑制剂基因)方法以及 Buttery 和 Buzzell 检测大豆种皮过氧化物酶基因 Ep 的方法,研究了我国目前主要栽培品种 Sp_1,Ti 和 Ep 三个基因各个等位的分布。供试各品种是1979年全国大豆区划、生态座谈会确定的北起黑龙江省黑河南到广东省湛江,每隔纬度2°设一试验点。每个点提供3—5个品种共82个,用其进行生态型研究和大豆气候区划试验。82个品种的名称、来源、种皮颜色及 Sp_1、Ti、Ep 各等位基因分布见表1。
