本文以笔者近年来设计的新疆某货运索道高支架为例,研究高支架顶部位移控制设计。该索道线路跨距长、运量大且峡谷两侧支架受力大。规范是从控制支架刚度的角度出发制定的,对支架顶部位移限制严格,只有在位移不超过规范要求时,才认为支架设计合格。要使支架设计既合理又经济实用,就会给设计增加难度。本文为了解决这方面的问题,设计中经过多方案比较,并结合不同软件计算与分析,总结出了保证高支架顶部位移满足规范要求的设计方法。
In this paper, I designed in recent years, Xinjiang Cargo truss high bracket as an example, the study of the top of the high-displacement control design. The cableway span length, large capacity and large support on both sides of the canyon. Specification is developed from the perspective of controlling the stiffness of the stent, the displacement of the top of the stent strict restrictions, only when the displacement does not exceed the specification requirements, that stent design qualified. To make the stent design is both reasonable and economical, it will increase the difficulty of the design. This article in order to solve this problem, the design through a number of programs compared with different software calculation and analysis, summed up to ensure that the top of the stent displacement to meet the regulatory requirements of the design method.
