在生物化学的教学中,一些基本知识需要熟记,才能为学好生化的其他内容打好基础,从而将学习引向深入。例如静态部分中的二十种常用的氨基酸和动态部分里的柠檬酸循环(三羧酸循环)等内容,不仅在生物化学的整个内容上经常用到,就是在其他有关学科中都是必需熟记的基本知识。然而对这些基本内容的教学,教师和学生常常要花很多的时间和精力才能勉强记住。特别是往往记得不够牢固,学生在考试后,过一段时间便记忆模糊,以至时间久了全部忘光,给有关课程的学习和深入理解造成不应有的损失。
