The third Sino-Japanese television arts exchange was officially opened on June 26, 1986 in Beijing. The art exchange was held in Beijing, Chengdu and Wuhan. July 5 is over. Our organizers are China Dramas Art Committee, CCTV, Hubei Radio and Television Hall and Sichuan Provincial Radio and Television Hall. A delegation of 13 members of the Japanese delegation led by the head of the delegation, Kawaguchi. Members include some famous Japanese film producers, directors, camera and other professionals. In this art exchange activity of a non-governmental nature, 17 TV series, documentaries, animations and musicals are shown in Japan. These titles are representative of television programs produced in Japan for the last two years: some have won prizes, some have won very high ratings, and have pioneered both content and form. “There are friends come from afar!” Chinese organizers warmly received the friendly messenger of Japanese TV art. Hundreds of television workers watched the works of Japanese counterparts and held discussions with the Japanese delegation. The fellow artgools from both China and Japan embarked on their sincere feelings of “making friends with artisans” and exchanged views with each other on a more in-depth manner and achieved satisfactory results. Although the two countries have very different social systems and systems of television organizations and producers, the TV and television artists in both countries hold many similarities with respect to social responsibility and artistic exploration. In particular, Similarities between the national cultural atmosphere and the moral tradition have made television art in China and Japan learn from each other in many ways. The reason for this is that the Japanese TV art films on display in this exhibition are cordial in the eyes of Chinese TV workers and arouse strong resonance. Communication is a kind of communication and understanding. It is the coherence of feelings and the echo of the soul. Through exchanges, enhancing friendship and mutual understanding between the peoples of the two countries and promoting the development of the friendly cause between China and Japan, it is the enthusiasm and expectation of the television workers of the two countries that they aspire to. During the exchange and discussion, TV and television workers in both countries treated each other with all their heart and soul and expressed their opinions without any lack of wisdom and insight. It should be said that this is the spiritual wealth shared by the two eastern countries and should be carried forward to the public. In order to meet the requirements of our readers, so that they can also appreciate the true meaning and achievements of this exchange activity, we hold speeches at the forum for discussion in Beijing and we should select them and publish them.
