植物标本,是教学、科研、检验工作的重要资料,但植物标本保存当中,虫蛀、霉变却是棘手的问题,许多有价值的标本往往毁于虫口。过去标本的灭虫和消毒常采用升汞浸涂或毒气(氢氰酸、氯气)薰等方法。既限制了标本的使用(如影响微量化学分析、显微化学鉴定等)又影响人体健康。1983年霉雨季节到来前,我们结合标本室实际情况采用气调养护的技术,对全部植物标本进行灭虫处理,效果良好。
