中俄超越传统发展模式的两种改革及其后果的鲜明对照,引起了全球性的关注,认真研究和比较两国经济发展的差异和特点,对于我们从更广阔的世界背景中反思中国的改革实践,不断完善有中国特色的社会主义理论,无疑有着深刻的现实意义。有鉴于此,本文对两国经济改革在基础条件、发展进程、侧重点、突破口和表现风格等方面的差异进行了对比分析。 The sharp contrast between the two reforms and their consequences beyond China’s traditional development model has drawn global attention. The study and comparison of the differences and characteristics in the economic development between the two countries have been conducted seriously, and we are introspecting China’s reform from a broader world background Practicing and perfecting the socialist theory with Chinese characteristics undoubtedly has profound practical significance.
